You agree to use all MULTIHOST.GR services and facilities at your own risk. MULTIHOST.GR specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall MULTIHOST.GR be liable for any loss or loss of data or other commercial damages, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
Customer agrees that it will defend, indemnify, store and maintain MULTIHOST.GR harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred against MULT. GR, its agents, employees, which may arise or arise from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the customer, agents, employees or assignees g. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and maintain MULTIHOST.GR's unfairness against any liability arising from any damage to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise disposed of in connection with the MULTIHOST.GR server.
MULTIHOST.GR reserves the right to intervene on any of the sites hosted on its servers for the benefit of its clients. Any material provided by the client or allegedly infringing the copyright of a third party infringes any defective products sold to the client by the MULTIHOST.GR server. MULTIHOST.GR will be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
We currently charge monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually, depending on the plan. If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund (For some special offers, the day with a guaranteed refund will vary and the Domain Name registration fee is non-refundable).
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. For webhosting plans we will create your account without any payment. Customers are encouraged to pay by credit card, as it is the easiest way to manage your payment right now. They are not contractual periods but for each successive period your contract is automatically renewed unless otherwise notified.
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated. If you do not pay for the renewal of the service within 5 days after it is disabled, your account will be suspended. If you do not pay for the renewal of the service 30 days after it is disabled, your account will be terminated. You will receive an email reminder 5 days until you turn it off.
